Food is overpriced not as tasty as I thought for a restaurant in a high end hotel. Wait staff not very attending.
I love this lounge! They have great appatizers, an extensive drink list and a huge plus is the bowling alley right inside the lodge. But trully the most outstanding part of our visit was Mr. Jonathan Torres. Our family had a few hiccups during checking and Mr. Torres was very accommodating invited us into the lounge and allowed us have appatizers in the loudge while we waited for our Room to be confirmed. I don't know whether he knows it or not but he truly made a huge impact on the beginning of our trip. Thank you very much sir your legendary customer service does not go un noticed. We will tell all of pue friends and family to visit you and your amazing lounge.
