Hi Aimee, sorry to hear a out your experience. Are you sure its BUZZ you visited today? Im just curious as we dont offer a party rep option and every bouncer has to view a safety briefing video (4 mins long) before accessing the trampoline area. We police this with a band once youve watched the video. No complaints have been made to the park manager about parties lately. Also, we cant find a party under your name so not sure if this is adding up? Please call the park on 01792 722010 and well be more than happy to discuss.

Dreadful. Paid for a party rep which we didnt see once. No one coordinated the party. Disorganised and young cafe staff that were overworked. Poor mandatory health and safety induction. The door was wide open with children running in and out to the car park. Worst trampoline park in this area. On the website, it clearly states that parents can take it easy as our team organise everything which they didnt. We were told indeed that we did have a party rep (abbie), although she did nothing to help. One member of staff showed us to the table, and that was it. The party wasnt booked under my name, but another Lewis. No way were we sat to watch a safety video, they even put the bands on us before we entered the room. One of your staff members, showed us into the room, pressed play and left. Yes, Im quite certain it was buzz trampoline park.

Shambles today, school holidays 1 on the counter, 1 on the drinks. Took 20 mins to que up and were still called off after 40 mins when we paid for an hour. If your planning on going get there an hour before you might get your full hour then.

Suddenly told today after visiting many times that my 4.5 yr old can only go in the baby bit. Not sure having a 4.5 yr old with little babies is better than a 4.5 with teens? Think perhaps website and notices need updating so you arent paying for stuff youre not actually getting. Is there a discount to be stuck in the baby bit? Nope! Thought. Was dealt with really badly. We will be using the other bounce park with inflatables next time - limitless
