The fact that they don't have a customer service line for specific needs that can't be addressed easily online is just ridiculous. They need to add a real time chat feature for users who don't have simple issues with the service. It's very annoying that companies hide behind generic "Support" contact us forms and similar. They assumption is that everything that a user would need to know or need assistance with would fit perfectly into this submission system but IT DOES NOT! I have numerous questions and need real time help!
