The store sales people were wonderful. But there were communication problems. We were given a date for the carpet to be laid so we pulled the old carpet up ourselves in the downstairs living area , the stairs and upper floor landing area.They didn't show up as scheduled so we called and were told carpet was back ordered. Carpet came in around 2 wks later and we were waiting for schedule to lay it. The installers showed up without telling us they were coming. Then the installers marked up all our baseboard. Wood was chipped and my husband spent half a day repairing the baseboard. The installers were sloppy and had to have them come back twice to fix things. The carpet looks beautiful but we will never use Royal Flooring again due to poor communication and sloppy installers.
