I called with a request to have 60 shirts made. I spoke with a guy named Bill. He asked me to email the picture I wanted on the shirt. The logo was of my organization, a gay Catholic group called Dignity. Well shortly after I emailed Bill my photo a gentleman named Bruce L. posted an anti-gay video on my organizations Facebook page. On Bruce's facebook page it states that he is an employee of 3 in 1 design. And Bill NEVER returned my call. I was refused service by this company because of my sexual preference. It's a shame people like this exist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Worst service I've EVER received. I own an e-commerce store which caters to teams and called to ask for quotes. I spoke to a gentleman named David who at first, was very enthusiastic to work with me since my company is quite large and would give them a lot of business. He gave me his cell phone number and asked that I email him with my specific requests. 1 week went by and I texted David asking if he received my message. He apologizes and said he would give me a quote within the hour. I never received a quote and texted him the next day asking for a status. He apologized and said he never got my email and if I could send him another. I sent him two emails and never received a response. Anyway, this went on for almost 3 WEEKS until I finally gave up. I do not recommend this place.

I called in and the lady I spoke to was so kind and helpful. I believe she and her husband are the owners. Staff is so helpful and communicated very well. They seemed like they had a lot of orders and my order was done faster than I expected. They really went above and beyond and I am so grateful . Will definitely be going back.
