I went to Modern Kitchens for a complete kitchen remodel hoping they could make efficient use of my modest-sized kitchen. They gave me a lot of information, and I left a detailed drawing of my existing layout. They told me they would work up a new design in 4 weeks. I called after the 4 weeks and was told it would be another 1 - 2 weeks. I never heard back. So they set my project back 6 weeks. I'm guessing I was ignored because mine wasn't a high-end kitchen. If that was the case, they could have told me that up front instead of wasting my time.

We had the privilege and pleasure of working with David Jureller on the complete remodel of our kitchen, all of our bathrooms and the laundry room. David is a consummate professional and so knowledgeable about design and alternatives. It is also worth noting that he worked so well with our contractor. A couple of the cabinets and appliance accessories were not right as can happen and he immediately got the suppliers to send substitutes. He was always available to respond to us either by email or by phone and more than a few times when we were wrestling with details about the master bath while construction was proceeding, he was available and helpful to discuss shelving options "on the fly" so to speak. The end result between the contractor and MKS was that the kitchen and bathrooms exceeded all of our expectations . I would recommend David and MKS without any reservations whatsoever. Before you go anywhere else, do yourself a favor and call him and visit with him first. Thank you again David.

Horrible service from the start. I went to with all dimensions and information required for a design the day I met with the designer, three weeks later and no reply or call back. Went to cliqstudios and got my design within 3 days. Literally only went to place a order for cabinets and do the installation myself. I would not recommend them.
