My Reme Halo was installed 14 months ago and I thought it was working fine. Then my A/C contractor changed the duct work so there would be more are flow in and out of the air handler and then it seemed like the house smelled of mold they replaced the entire Reme Halo unit, adjusted to be fully open and it seems like it is not working at all. I used to smell a peroxide odor and it took cooking smells out of the house and we had less dust. Not now the house is dusty, the food orders remain. The light is not he unit and getting power. The cell was replaced

Hi Scott! Warranties are handled through the HVAC contractors who go through their wholesalers. Due to the recent threat of COVID-19, RGF is experiencing an overwhelming amount of purchase orders in our residential, commercial and medical divisions. We have continued operating during this uncertain period as an essential business under the Department of Homeland Security definition for Critical Manufacturer defined as "Workers necessary for the manufacturing of materials and products needed for the medical supply chains, critical government operations, food chains ..etc With that being said, RGF had to prioritize hospitals and healthcare while still dedicating a portion of production to our valued HVAC customers. We stand behind our products and will honor and fulfill warranties. We are working 3 shifts, 24/7 to try and offset these much longer than usual lead times. We have hired more staff, and purchased more manufacturing machinery. Its almost impossible to forecast a pandemic like this. Reme HALO LED went out after 6 weeks. I contacted RGF and I was told they are going to fulfill all new orders before honoring warranties. So they are going to make a profit on new customers (definitely not treated as clients, just another number) and ignore existing people that have already added to their profits. Horrible business model and makes you wonder what else they don't care about...
