Kayla, We're very sorry the olive hats were backordered. Inventory fluctuates frequently and we are sorry these were sold out at the time of your order. We offered a discount for the same hat in a different color which you agreed was satisfactory. Otherwise, we would have cancelled you order or backordered it for december when we received more olive hats. All the costs were clearly stated (online and over the phone) and you gave us approval to proceed. The initial order was $177 which we authorized at the time of your order. This was never charged and is up to your bank how long it takes to clear. We needed to authorize ($140) and then charge the new amount of $153 as a separate transaction. This is customary when an order changes from the original transaction amount and in no way meant to be confusing or elusive as you infer. We're sorry if it seemed that way. We were just trying to make you happy by offering an alternative to a product that went out of stock.

I originally ordered the light olive green distressed baseball caps and after purchasing I was informed that they were back ordered until December. I was told this could be due to them selling out within previous hours. However it has now been a week and they still have the light olive green available. When I told them this was an inconvenience because they were already promised to customers they gave me a 20% discount. However, after checking my bank account they had charged me the original $177 of the 12 light olive green hats that I agreed to pay. They tell you that they sell hats as cheap as $6 and change however this is not true and end up being over $12 a hat with the simplest logo possible. I then went back and forth with multiple customer service reps who both told me different things on what colors were in stock and were not in stock. After finally finding a color I WAS OK WITH they charged me again for $140. A couple days later they charge me for $153 which is the price with the 20% discount as per invoice. When I asked about the $177 charge refund it took almost a week to be refunded and was told it was a hold for the order. When asked about the random $140 charge they informed me that it was for the back order of light olive hats DUE IN DECEMBER. She told me that the order would not be processed until shipped however my bank has already pulled the funds. If I was you I wouldn't waste my time with this company. I have not seen quality yet but there money matters are not ethical nor efficient for someone actually trying to mass produce. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Ordered a beanie with my design on it and I needed a change to the design they digitized for me. Darcy Leon from their support team was great and helped me get everything figured out with quick responses to my emails. Shipping was also exremely fast but I can't say much because I'm from Massachusetts. Nonetheless if I need or want anything with a design on it I'll be sure to order from them again.
