Got an email inviting me to open an ISA with them but when I tried to open an ISA, was told to take my money elsewhere because I had previously had a product with them, really stupid policy and wasted my time. Don't send emails to people if they are barred from using your products, just a little common sense!

Incredibly poor customer service with long delays in responses from the team. I went back and forth with their auto responses and 'bots' doing very little to assist. I finally gathered all information for them in plenty of time for end of tax year final collection. However they responded many hours later to tell me the deadline had passed by the time they got around to sorting it. You have one busy period a year. Allocate extra staff for these times Moneybox.
