I went in on Tuesday to pick up my order... which is the deadline i had set for the order and was agreed to by Palomar. Listening to the back and forth, I heard that the order wouldn't be ready until Friday. The original terms were explained to the person preparing the order, to which they responded "they'll be ready tomorrow!" Thankfully i placed the order with a 1 day cushion so I could get the order ahead of time. The counter employee, Alex (i think) turned to me and said, they'll be ready tomorrow. Not sorry for the inconvenience, or thank you for your patience... so i asked why i should as a paying customer have to accept, "they'll be ready tomorrow " instead of sorry for the inconvenience or thank you for your patience, especially if the ultimate goal is to get repeat business or referral. He said, I'm not the owner... thats it. I told him the customer service is awful, not to the level of a local business that wants to survive. If you still decide to go there, i hope you are treated better than I was

Needed a small backpack embroidered, everyone kept telling me it was to small and would not do it. Palomar took on the project and did an amazing job. The employees are never nice and professional. Highly recommended. I will be going back.

Ordered my merch on April 12 and paid over 60 dollars for my order and its now May 10th and its not even on its way!! Im a combat vet who came home to spend time with good friends and we all ordered merch for our annual fishing tournament. Now an older gentleman has to go and pick up everyones order because otherwise we wouldnt have it for our trip! Not fair. Not to forget we all got charged a delivery fee. I called the shop when I was out of the country recently to inquire about our order and a gentleman at the shop verbatim said do you guys know how to read? Really? Thats how customer service is handled at your business. Last time I spend a dime with you all! Good luck
