Hi! We totally understand your frustration! Some of our piercers are offering paired nostrils and others are not. Youd have no way of knowing this when booking and thats on us! We had a discussion about the situation with the staff this morning and we are going to clarify this in the booking system. If you decide to give us another shot, send us an email and we will make sure you get taken care of. If not, we totally understand and sincerely apologize.

Second time I attempted to go here and get my second nose piercing. Was told I couldnt the other side of my nose pierced because my nose would be exposed much longer than they were comfortable allowing because they had to line it up with my other piercing.. made absolutely no sense

Cut me off on the phone and hung up while trying to ask further questions about appointments. Booked with kolo piercings instead. *For further clarification I was mid-sentence when the person I was talking to said "uh huh yeah okay bye" and then hung up.

I have had excellent experiences here, helped by Cozmo! The facility is always super clean, taking all precautions to make customers feel safe. I can highly recommend Cozmo- he is professional, kind, and reassuring! I have been twice and will certainly be back.

Weve been working via online booking for the past 2 years. There is a QR code posted on the door, booking tab on our Instagram and a booking page on our website. Yes, please plan ahead. For same day availability check the system between 8-10am. Thats when folks tend to cancel and last minute slots open. Otherwise were booked 2-3 days out. Its also important to check with ANY PERSONAL SERVICES FACILITY ahead of time to determine if they accept walk ins. Were 2 years into a still active pandemic. This should be a given at this point.

I called ahead to see if they had the jewelry I needed. I drove all the way here and was met a the door by the lady I believe to be the person I spoke on the phone with. She asked me for my name and asked if I had an appointment. I told her I only needed jewelry, she stated I still needed an appointment, didnt offer to set one with me, or let me know when the next appointment time was. It was a wasted trip. So Call ahead, request and Appointment before you show up at this place.
