The Ram is what AMD tested and recommended. It was installed according to the system board manufacturer's instructions. You had it 3 months before you wrote your public complaint and never called me with any discontent I believe that as long as I have known you, and as much business as you have done with me, that after your usual willy nilly tinkering you resolved what ever issue you had. So where to begin...I approached the owner with a trade for a desktop build. This build is amd based. First off the RAM installed was not on the QVL for the motherboard and is cheap asian off brand. The off brand memory was causing slow system performance. Also the ram was installed in the incorrect slots and D.O.C.P could not be enabled. Graphics card was having issues and getting random green screens and discoloration. The computer case was extremely small with no support for front or top fans to optimize cooling. Amd parts tend to get pretty warm, so cooling is important. Overall displeased with the outcome of this build and having to replace these parts to CORRECTLY build this gaming computer so it performs properly.

The manager is one of the most unpleasant and abrasive people I've ever had the extreme displeasure of talking to. He is a rude, condescending, and racist individual selling over-priced, second-hand junk. Do yourself a favor - call literally any other technician or computer services company in Charlotte before even considering taking your electronics to this terrible place. Or just re-purpose your old equipment as paper-weights. It would be arguably thousands of times more pleasant to have a massive investment like a computer burst into flames than it would ever be setting foot in Right Click for even a moment.

ive received good service up until I bought a old tower to Right Click to get my pictures transferred to a flash drive. pictures that are dear to me of family.. The product that I received where all of my pictures was transferred too was no good , when I inserted into any computer my pictures at least most were not readable. I contacted Right Click and tech Brandon says he would need a couple of days to work on issue, I called within a few days to get update and Brandon then told me that he was able to retrieve some photos and that he will email me . Well I never received any emails from brandon, moving forward my issue was ongoing with branding that lead to over a year now. I then went to location to speak to someone and to get my flash drive as they moved to another location. when I arrived to new location brandon was searching . I was there for over an hour !, Brandon then told me he will continue searching and that he will mail me the flash drive to my home address, still no flashdrive. Ive then contacted the owner of Right Click, he was familiar with who I was and aware of the issue as he stated he can possibly locate the email sent . Robert explained to me that he will check the original server, data may still be on there, still havent heard from anyone. Its sooo hurtful to have pictures that means so much to you as all pictures are great memories! im still not over this mentally. Robert is a nice guy and showed some empathy however brandon never showed any compassionate or had any empathy as this issue is a deep issue.
