Purchased 2 Groupons for an eye exam, one for me and one for my wife. We drove to the office and the first thing the receptionist told us was about the fine print on the Groupon. They didnt even give us the exam. Just told us we had to pay another $160 for the lenses and if the doctor finds a prescription we have the pay another fee out of pocket. We thought we were getting a exam but got scammed out of $90. Very bad experience, they immediately started talking about extra charges we have to pay. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone
STOP DO NOT GO TO THIS TODAYS VISION. They are the ONLY location that I know of that doesn't have a customer satisfaction guarantee policy. We spent over $600.00 for frames that were too big for my husband's face. We encountered a woman by the name of Jezelle who we relied on to help us and instead fitted my husband in glasses that according to Dr. Nguyen were way too big for his face. When my husband brought a pair of frames for Dr. Nguyen to look at, he told my husband "Those frames fit perfect and they cost the same as the frames that you have on. However, his assistant Jezelle wanted to charge us another 160.00 on top of the 600.00 we had just spent to replace the frames that she so poorly fit on my husband. I reached out to Mr. Watson who is the founder of Today's Vision. I never heard back from him and today after having his glasses for a week the nose pads fell off. They replaced ONE of the nose pads instead of two, so now he's wearing frames that are too big for his face and nose pads that are uneven because they are different sizes. I called and spoke to Jezelle she preceded to tell me that the Dr. Nguyen doesn't take well to threats. WHAT!! The only threat I made is the one your reading right now. Jezelle preceded to tell me that Mr. Watson doesn't make any decisions about their store and she said it so rudely and snotty like the awful and rude person she is. Folks with soo many visional companies out there, please DON'T WASTE your money or your time at this money hungry, don't really care about patients and good patients that have bought there repeatedly. I'm horrified and disgusted with these people and please don't support this store. They are located in Meyerland and haven't we all been through enough already with all of our floods. To receive this type of customer service is downright cruel and inhumane. They care ZERO about the customer and they care about the money more!
