We are very alarmed and concerned to hear this. All customer service emails are responded to, but sometimes our responses are flagged as spam or junk especially for hotmail users which may be the case here. We do accept exchanges and returns on faulty items. Hopefully the issue was resolved, we apologize for the inconvenience.

THE WORST customer service I have ever gotten. They never responded to any of my emails or calls about a faulty item. I do not usually leave reviews but beware guys, the clothes are great but they lack the most basic customer service skills, no returns either.

We know that our order processing can be slow at times, especially during our sale and holiday periods, and were sorry about that. Clothes are cool, shop is friendly and laid back, but do not order online and expect fast shipping. I live in NY but order from ONLY's site. I've paid for single-day shipping several times yet orders usually take a week or more to fulfill. There's no way to call ONLY to discuss orders and emails rarely get a response. Unfortunate as the rest of ONLY's brand is a fine experience.
