Dont ever work here as a phone agent. I know multiple college students who work here and they are expected to stay late almost every work shift; sometimes 2 hours late. Its ridiculous thats how they treat their workers. Not allowing them leave; making them skip meals, after-work plans or even classes due to it.

hice 2 inscripciones, al momento de cancelar es el peor servicio al cliente, para contactar con ellos es una pesadilla. tienes que esperar mas de 1 hora para que contesten el teléfono. Cancele la membresia hacer 2 meses y todavia no me han hecho el refund y me siguien debitando los pagos cuando ya devolvi los libros y todo.
Mostly great. The teaching material is taught with material that is considered optional. You can't do that. It's obviously mandatory because Abeka uses the optional material to teach the lessons. Make it mandatory and send it with the curriculum.
