Max and Rose, we provide high quality products at Coffeeville made from scratch. We source, roast and blend coffee from amazing farms around the world to bing it to our customers. Please understand that we CAN NOT accept any food back into the kitchen to warm it up for you due to cross contamination and COVID guidelines. You also ordered cold sandwich that is meant to be served cold, but we also offer warm food choices. We wish that you call and spoke to the manager about it instead of writing this review. Thank you.

Coffee is far from best, and sandwiches are only to fill your stomach, not to enjoy. When asked to warm up a sandwich, the kitchen worker looked at me like I was asking him something out of the ordinary and was far from being friendly. What happened to the times when the customer was always right? I dont think Ill ever come back here again.

I was soooo Impressed by the building, the setting, the amazing menu, the Drink selection, WOW! We need more of these types of restaurants and Coffee/Tea Houses and less fast food and Chain restaurants.

Stopped in for a hot chocolate on a rainy day. First time visit and loved the atmosphere inside. My carry out beverage was way too sweet.. not sure if it was made incorrectly. I would have gone back but was already on the road. Kind of disappointing as it was a bit pricey.
