I gave them a one star rating because the doctor my kids and I saw was good. Our appointments were scheduled on 2/22. Today is 5/11 and my kids have not received their glasses. When I call, no one answers the phones. Ive left messages asking when my kids glasses will be available for pick up and was told within 2-4 weeks because there was an issue, that was on 4/19 via text message. Here we are still no glasses, still no communication on 5/11

Dr. Briggs is very willing to take the time to discuss your vision needs. She doesn't make you feel like she needs to hurry you to get on to the next patient. Also quite knowlegable and very professional. Front end staff is polite and professional as well. Go see her, you will be happy with your visit!
