If I could give this place a negative number of stars, I would. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Save your money and live elsewhere. There are a lot of better located & managed apartment complexes in Dallas. Just google "Westdale" and read the reviews about the managing company. Beware of the people working there. They will lie to you until the end (of course by calling you - no paper/emails that I can use as an evidence). Also, the building is located next to a sketchy area of Deep Ellum and you will be living right next to it. Is it worth the risk? Probably not. There are brand new amazing apartments in safer areas of Dallas for the same price and cheaper. They still can't fill out the vacant apartments in the building and keep on extending the promotions to higher floors. FOR A REASON. You will have to listen to the sirens all night (the hospital vehicles drive right next to The Case). Thank god I did not sign the lease there! Do not give these frauds a penny (I have made that mistake)! I signed an application that said the deposit was refundable... well, apparently it was not. In the meantime, the leasing agent kept on blowing me up with phone calls in response to my emails. She told me that I was going to get the deposit back. Like I said, they will tell you anything to get to you sign but before you do, research the company and do not be surprised if you will not have a good experience living there.

Alright everyone, let me tell you about The Case Building. I am a resident here, and I will say the absolute truth about this apartment complex. First of all, the apartment complex is seemingly beautiful. When you do a tour, you are wowed by all of the amenities and the structure and layout of many of the available apartments. However, after you sit down and think logically, having a bar in your apartment is actually not that grand. There are many apartments that have equally nice living spaces, and are at a cheaper rate. Some of these apartments may even have a whole restaurant connected to their apartment facility, which trumps a simple bar if you ask me. So with that being said, dont be too sprung on this bar idea. Additionally, one of the bartenders here has much to be desired. I know speaking for myself, I pay too much money to be denied service. These apartments cost a good amount of money, and so you would expect to be afforded all the luxurious amenities that come with the apartment. Well, one day, I had gone down to the bar, it was perhaps my 4th time going to the bar and I had seen this particular bartender 3 times. When I went to order my drink, she asked, do you live here sir? I assured her I did, and said yes, you have served me before, on three separate occasions and she stated she did not remember. She then asked to see my key fob, and it just so happened my friend had went out to take my dog to the dog park and was using my fob for the moment. She also asked to see my ID, and Ill say, Ive been past the age of 21 for some years now. The bartender then still refused to serve me, and I later found out that she also was under the impression I was bringing minors around the bar to give them drinks. I am a grown adult, why would I surround myself with individuals under the age of 21 on a Friday night. I was very irritated by the whole situation and needless to say, she denied to serve me any drinks that night. Additionally, the apartments are nice, but I will say, they are NOT worth the amount they require us to pay. The apartments cost seem to go up, which is normal for some apartments; however, I would not recommend anyone pay $1900+ for a one bedroom apartment that is 800sqft at this complex! That is ridiculously high! Overall, if you have made it this far in my review, just carefully consider the apartment you select. I do think these apartments are nice for the most part. Just think about, is it worth it before you sign.

Ive lived in many apartments around the metroplex and this is definitely one of the best places Ive lived. All of the apartment staff are amazing. Shout out to the cleaning staff (Celia and Ana) they my girls! They keep it fresh and clean around here. I see them every morning when I get my coffee and go for a run in our amazing gymnasium. Then I go for a swim in our luxurious swimming pool. After that I take the dogs to the new dog park. They would also leave this building a 5-star review but they arent allowed to use the computer. Anyways... everything about this building is great. I cant say enough good things about it.

Property manager is a joke. She cant even talk to you when there is a serious issue. Had my car towed while my application was pending to move in with my family and instead of handling it herself she is making her coworkers do it who dont have the authority to make any calls or resolve any solutions. Youre only allowed to have guest parking for 7 days out of the month otherwise theyll have your car towed. They get a kick back moneywise when they tow your vehicle so believe me, they do and will tow. People break into cars all the time here, the main gate is currently broken so you need to check in with police/security and show your ID EVERYTIME you need to get to your own apartment. If you like getting treated like trash then go ahead and sign that lease.
