Anytime you trade a car in, you must cancel your autopay because it takes 10-20 days for your lender to register the payoff. Going forward, always cancel autopay when you trade.

Cody, I'm sorry that you didn't get enough gas and the batteries in your remotes were weak. In the future, I am always at the sales desk if you need me. We definitely would have replaced the batteries for you if we had noticed. Also, I am happy to get you some gas if you stop by to see me. We usually only fill new cars. The salesperson put some gas as a courtesy. Come see me and I'll give you some extra batteries (for next time) and some gas.

Just bought a used card there, and they said they were going to put gas in the car and get it detailed before I drove home with the car. When I got in the car to leave I had a quarter tank of gas so they must have only put $10 in (premium gas), so that got me no where. Also, both key fobs needed new batteries too that they didnt replace. The process was really easy and pretty fast, but those were just some things I didnt like.

Morrie's is a great place to purchase a car from. The personnel is great to work with! No markups from MSRP. I would recommend buying a car from Morrie's. I also have had my older Honda service there and their service department is great!

Amanda, I'm sorry to hear this. I have the same vehicle at home and we just did the air suspension also. Call me at the dealership. My name is Brad. I am the General Manager. The service contract we offered you at the time of sale covered mine. I assure you we inspect every car thoroughly. You purchased a year ago. In the past year I have had 6k of repairs needed on my Escalade but I paid $200. Let's re-visit our service contract so that you will be covered going forward. I will help in any way I can because I am a firm believer in the coverage.

Bought a 2016 Cadillac Escalade (45k vehicle) and I havent even had it for 6 months. after a complete inspection at another dealership (needed brakes already) I was told all my shocks and my air ride suspension were leaking/blown and that my front tires are worn down to the cords due to a misalignment. Looking at roughly $6,000 in repairs in less than half a year because they dont inspect and repair. I WOULD NOT recommend buying from this dealership, there is clearly no inspection process on vehicles they bring in. Theyre here to buy as cheap as they can and flip as fast as possible without any concern for safety of others. Avoid this company at all costs!
