This establishment needs serious customer service classes!!! I called to see if they were open, his response was I answered the phone right?? Very Rude and nasty!

Went there based on a recommendation from someone who highly recommended them. Brought a pair is sneakers and jeans to get air brushed. Spoke to an older guy who was very nice and explained what he thought would and wouldnt work based on what my 13 yr old wanted. Decided to just get the sneakers done. Explained exactly what we were looking for and he drew it up on a sheet of paper. That was on Saturday 4/10 and we were told it would be ready by Wednesday (4/14). We expressed that it was needed before Saturday (4/17) and was assured it would be done. Called on Tuesday was on hold for a total of 40 mins (20 mins each call) because they were busy. Went on Wednesday and was told they were not done. They asked me to come back the next day but said Friday would be better so they can dry etc etc. Was told to call the number to check 1st before coming. Called Friday and was told oh you cant pick them up until 6:30. Get there about 630/640 and they still werent done. Waited 20 mins. When we saw them they didnt look like what we asked. Didnt have time to really discuss because we were in a rush to get to another store before it closed plus they were closing at 7. Went back today (4/17) after the event we needed them for. Explained to the guy that what we got was not what we paid for. He was very uninterested and didnt really care. Had an oh well attitude and didnt really care about his customer not being satisfied with the work. We explained to him what we asked for. We asked if what was on it can be removed and what other options. Again he was basically matter of fact oh well. He went on to say what you got should have cost you more and if I had wrote it I would have charged differently. Then he was like well you have to leave it for a week because Im busy with another order and there really isnt much that can be done. At 1st I was going to leave it but then my 13 year old was like nevermind because he is bringing up price ( a price they quoted us I didnt indicate that I wanted something done for a specific price) and doesnt seem interested. So we left. 1and done!

The customer service sucked...they were supposed to have my shirt ready the same day but I gave them till the next day to pick it up. I went at noon...they said 20 min....almost a hour went past and they bring me my shirt. It wasn't the colors I asked for and got no explanation on why they didn't have it ready. I will no longer go back to that place.
