Fun experience but it's more expensive than the movies. 3.50$ for a bottle of water??? since when is a bottle of water as expensive as a gallon of gas????

Love the Zoo it's a great place to go Love the animal's it's great but it is sad how much everything is the prices are crazy when they used to not charge to go in the zoo and I'm from Tyler everything is ridiculously high now.

We had a nice time. The petting zoo with the goats & sand play area was fun for the kids. The giraffes are beautiful. It only took us 2 hours to see everything & For the 7 of us it was over 100$. We love the animals though so it was worth it:)

Horrible customer service! Website doesnt work, takes your money for tickets but doesnt give you your tickets. Called and the rude man said you would get your money back in 3-5 days, but then had to purchase tickets again and be out more money. Very rude attitude and did not care.
