We will be moving in less than 3 days and I must admit I have never been more excited to get out of a home more than this one. We have the worst neighbors in the world and nothing has been done about them, the husband beats on his wife and the entire neighborhood hears them and has reported them to the office several times and he blames us for it. He threatens us and we have called the police, and he acts fine when they come. We have had black mold in the unit along with other units and were removed from the unit for 2 months, just to come home to find out that there was still black mold in the unit and we were told that it wasn't black mold. The previous manager was great, but the new one is horrible!!! She is rude and arrogant and doesn't care about the tenants and will lye to make herself look good!!! Her boss is the same way, all they care about is the money. We still have mold in the house and cannot stay here because of getting sick, so we have to break the lease and we will not be getting our security deposit back because of THEM!!!! I would advise anyone to not move in here, its supposed to help people, you just get ripped off and end up in a worse situation!!!!!

I have lived in a townhouse unit for 2.5 years and enjoyed the unit at first. The layout is not as I would desire due to the separation from living room to dining room and kitchen making it difficult to host company. The property manager Heather is great but the company Conifer makes living at North Creek Run not worth it. Heather's boss Barbara does not care about tenants and will openly tell you she is there for business and to have units filled. There are 6 wash machines and dryers in the "laundry facility" for over 70 units...This works out to 1 wash machine per 11 families so be prepared to drive to North East Laundromat on Main Street. On multiple occasions our wash was taken out of the wash machine and left on the table wet if we didn't get to them immediately because there is usually a line for usage. Also, the dumpster is regularly overflowed. The management put up a sign saying "Refer a friend for $250" and they did not follow through twice when I referred tenants, stating that the sign was put up by "mistake." I cannot stress enough the fact that I would not rent from Conifer (North Creek Run) and will be glad to move once my lease is up in June.

I love it here i recently moved in Christine is awesome and the home is perfect. I have great neighbors, my kids love it and the homes are so nice.

If i could give it a zero i would. What looks good from the outside is just an illusion. I would steer everyone away from living here if i could.
