First of all the glass sliding doors to the mall were locked 15 mins after they should have been opened. So then I rang Spotlight. It rang through the first call. The second phone call they eventually answered and said that had forgotten to unlock the doors and she would tell the supervisor. The product I wanted said it was available at Miranda Spotlight. I could not find it and when I asked for assistance was told it's only what's there in the back corner. I asked another assistant who tried to be more helpful when I showed her the product on my phone. She left me back to the first assistant who said " I've already told her it's what's there." The shopping I did buy was not reduced as the sign said. "Oh, it's not that brand." Products prices were missing from shelves. I could go on .....
Honestly terrible I was in here for around an hour trying to buy something, the staff were so rude, the store is an absolute mess, that experience ruined my morning.
