First appointment and already a dissapiontment. Showed up at 9:28 for an 9:40 apt ( which was verified by phone the day before!) And the lady at the desk said they had me keyed in for 9:20 so I had to reschedule after I left work and drove clear there. It was a mistake made by the office workers not me, they wasn't willing to even work with me. Also it was not busy and there was no one else there. Guess that's a sign to look for a different place to get an eye exam...
