Tenants and staff are friendly, but the building/common areas need updating, specifically all the carpets. There are stains on the carpets everywhere, walls need painting, and a little TLC throughout.

Please stay away from Gold Rose Realty. Rosie was the broker for a furnished condo rental #424. She waited for a month after my departure, and then fraudulently deducted over $700 from my security deposit. The place was left in mint condition but she got away with charging me for every little thing she could think of in order to please the dirt bag owners.

Went to Mr chef for a traditional Christmas dinner which is Chinese food. Food was exceptional. Had to wait a little while for our food due to great influx of customers. Otherwise five stars

This is a gorgeous modern building in the heart of Aventura area with lots of shopping and restaurants walking distance.

The building's location is ideal, the layouts of the units are pretty good, BUT the management is terrible. They will definitely try to make your life impossible, instead of worrying about more important things like properly maintaining the property. I know building managers can be difficult to deal with sometimes (at the end of the day it's their job to keep the discipline in the property), but the management in this building is definitely the worse I've ever encountered. They come up with non-existing regulations and try to impose fines to people for stuff that they make up. The manager has a terrible attitude, and is VERY conflictive.
