You must be Sandra Nelson from New Creations Salon at 1118 Westport Rd. Kansas City, MO 64111 .. Your software support agreement ran out on June 6 2019, almost a year ago. But on the phone you indicated that you sold your business to other people and they are using the software but you want to also install the software on your computer but you are no longer with the business? Sandra since you have used our system for 13 years you also know that we used the PC Charge platform for 10 of those years to process credit cards. PC Charge let you choose any merchant account to process credit cards with. Currently our products use the Cayan platforms to process credit cards. As you may also know Cayan is a subsidiary of TSYS which maintains a 40% share of merchant account processing and is merging with Global Payments to be the biggest processor for credit cards world wide. Also please be aware you are critiquing our desktop version of Advantage and you have decided not to use the cloud version which has the advanced features of client online booking and employee mobile phone access because you do not want to pay the monthly fees. On review of your accounts you did not pay for half of those year technical support and have spent a total of about $10 per month for "mediocre" software. Thank you for your patronage but we will not give you free copies of Advantage software so you can install it many times over.

I used this software for 13 years. The software is mediocre at best. It has many glitches and it very outdated for the updates I continued to pay for. It also limits the credit card processing companies you can use. The ones that are required are VERY expensive, compared to current rates. God help you if you ever have to deal with the owner, He is so rude, will hang up on you and talk to you like your a child. It is very obvious that he doesn't care about his customers at all. I paid continually for support. There is no reason to treat people the way he does. I was just on the phone with him talking about upgrading my software, he put me on hold and never came back. He also will not return phone calls when you need the support you paid for. There are many great options for salon software out there that actually care about their customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
If I could give a negative "star", I would. The support from this company is non-existent and I hope you never speak directly to the owner. He is a pathetic individual who will belittle you and doesn't care one bit about service. This company will take your money and provide NOTHING in return. The product itself is slow as can be riddled with glitches. Don't believe me?? try calling them for yourself.
My wife and I have had the salon advantage software for more than 10 years now. And yes there are minor glitches from time to time. BUT thats because there always updating it making it better and better. And unlike the other review on here, we have never had a problem getting any issues resolved. My wife recently had our software updated and said a gentlman by the name of Steve was extremely friendly and patiently walked her through the entire process. Our salon will always have software in it from this company as long as they are in business. Thanks Steve for being so patient with my wife. John Taylor Cuts
