Went in today for some extract and the budtender suggested a certain brand 10g/$115. So I told him I would like one of each flavor he had 10 flavors on display. As I am waiting for my budtender to gather my purchase another customer walks in with a different budtender, walked straight to the same extracts I just purchased and said she wanted "x" amount and this flavor and this flavor. Her budtender grabbed the containers and off they went. Meanwhile my tender is still fumbling over himself trying to gather the different flavors and then turns around and says hes out of the flavors that the other customer just walked away with. So I point out that the one the other customer is purchasing shouldnt been available for her to purchase because I was here first. He says sorry blah blah blah, I pick two duplicate flavors and go on about the purchase. As he was ringing it up(took him 14mins to do) he asks his manager(im assuming) if there was anything Natures Kiss could do for me since what had just taken place. He responded with "What do you want to do, its your deal, your making it what do you want to do" the poor kid fumbled over his words and tried explaining to his boss what had happened to no avail, so I tried using a metaphor just to quickly get him on the same page as the budtender and I and his boss just looked at me and says "Im here to sell things" and walks away. Its not the budtenders fault, I wasnt even discontent until the Arrogant Douchey Bearded manager opened his mouth. These things happen. But due to his mishandling of a situation and lack of ability to understand said situation before mishandling it, I wont be back.
