We only take a deposit once you have chosen the correct flooring required and we given you an approximate costing as per your measurements. Very pushy sales service! Whatever you do, do not pay a deposit BEFORE they've measured your house. Any discount is not worth the hassle that you will get from their poor customer service!

We do apologise for not providing you with our normal high standard of service but due to unforeseen circumstances such as damp our fitters where unable to fit your floor. As explained to you a damp floor is not suitable for wood flooring to be fitted.

Absolutely horrendous service. Used for the first and last time. Made no allowances for a Disabled child and were more interested in keeping the money they had made then providing a service. Avoid.
