Thank you for the review. Having looked into the details though I have noted the below. Your order contained 3 recycled parts all of which are listed on the website as Place Enquiry at Checkout it does not say that any of these 3 recycled parts are or were physically in stock. The order was placed on Sunday the 3rd of October, we replied via email the following morning to advise that two of the recycled parts were not available (a copy of the message is below) at this point our hands are tied until you advise what you would like us to do (refund, swap to new parts etc), I can only assume the email had gone into your spam folder which sadly we have no control over, I would recommend that you mark us as a safe contact to prevent the problem from occurring again. Once again another poor experience when ordering from F S - Ordered and paid for parts which did not arrive - Had to chase due to no contact /parts arriving only to find out that they dont have stock although website stated otherwise - No apology or anything - Very poor laid back attitude.
