Kindness and courtesy was non-existent in the first two employees of MBS Ive ever engaged with. If those two are any reflection of this company, I would never recommend their business. Their knee-jerk overreactions can cost your own business customers.
Bad company culture overall. Some good people work there, but upper management always puts profits over people. Work there only if you have no better options.
I am not exactly sure what the negative comments were about for the upper management crew. I enjoy working for Millennium Building Services and enjoy speaking with the front office ladies. I had an issue where my W-4 was lost and I walked in and the executive assistant was able to get the accounting department to print it off right on the fly! I was expecting her to tell me it would take 3-5 business days, but it was a nice surprise when she came out with the piece of paper in her hand! And on another note, I will sometimes bring my daughter in when picking up a check and the President of the company will come out and say hi and go as far as give her candy with my permission! (I am talking full size candy bars) Seems like he love kids and him extending that kindness makes me feel very happy and in return I make sure to work my best!
I worked for this business. The manager Kimberly is not professional at all. I worked there for about 4 months. Nothing made her happy. I would walk into the office to see her mad or talking bad about her employees. Not understanding with what people have going on. Dont work here. The manager gives the company a bad name. No communication between management and poor training. I came into the company and trained for two days and then was thrown out there to do my own thing. I only made it because I would ask a coworker what I should do. Especially because the company is at so many locations the right training should be in place. Not to say the exposure to Covid that we had. Worst company I have worked for.
