Was charged VAT upon import of parcel, which was disappointing, but understandable for a package being shipped from outside Europe. Then the day of the delivery I received a text saying my package would be delivered, but wanted to charge me 6 for the driver to leave the parcel at the door or with a neighbour! I refused to pay that, so I shortly received a second message saying the delivery had failed, with a link to rearrange for redelivery. They apparently only deliver between 9-17:00, which is when I work, so I thought I would redirect the delivery to work. When I got as far as the postcode, it only allowed 6 characters (many British postcodes are 7 characters). There was a link at the bottom of the page to email them "redelivery@...". The email bounced: "sender not authenticated when sending to this group"! The only saving grace was that when I called (admittedly I called the person who called me wrt. paying VAT) I was passed through to the correct person very quickly, and my issue was resolved quite smoothly, hence the recovery of a couple of stars. I would never choose to use them again, but customer support was reasonably good.

The service is lousy, I'm waiting for a package. But they are quite confusing with everything from the tracking to the page where they send me to make another payment to deliver it. I try to do it but it sends me to another page says empty wallet, too much mess for a simple package. I am hating this company. Where do I make the payment? If you do not let this web be done, and pick it up is impossible because they are so far from London. The worst shipping service that I have ever had without a doubt.

My package was left in the corridor above the letterbox and stolen within 15 minutes according to the cctv footage. The delivery person didn't bother to hand it over to me to my door as per contract and when I called the customer service they were not interested to help. They even told me that the computer says that I signed in for it and later that I buzzed in the driver when I actually away. No apology or whatsoever and terrible problem solving and customer service. I am no longer working with the supplier as they still use Skynet.
