Terrible customer service. Only concerned about the sale and not the customer needs and wants. Won't help out the customer. Purchased my crib and bedding from them but the mobile wouldn't work on the crib and they would change it out for one that fits or give us our money back. What a joke this place is. Already steered my friends and their families away from the store.

Amazing customer service! The staff is super knowledgeable and they are more than willing to help out, demonstrate how something is done or answer questions. I highly recommend stopping in if you have kids or a new born on the way!!!

Ordered online from Canada to be delivered to a family member in America. Firstly, my emails went unanswered for days. Second, even though I got a notification that my items had started shipping I got an email telling me that my order was cancelled and that I should have the same name and address as the purchaser and person receiving the item. ???? Do people not buy gifts for others online?
