I try to avoid this place after having had multiple unpleasant experiences. In particular there is one hispanic lady there that has the worst customer service. Aside from that, most items seem a bit overpriced and I prefer to order stuff online despite the wait. The only upside is that they tend to have things that I may need on short notice.
So I went to this store back in NOV . I got a flashlight for work.. I am a Security officer. I rarely use the flashlight, and had to draw it out a few days ago to the problem that it did not come on.. So I changed the batteries.. still nothing so FF I took the flashlight back to the store, and asked for some mercy.. the clerk at the desk was not very understanding and rather condescending.. I explained to him that I use it for work his demeanor was very cold his customer service was left at home .. he was not interested in helping to solve a problem. I asked if he could offer an exchange His comment was we do not exchange or refund clearance items i again stated it was bought during a Christmas sale he finally did say he no longer carries this model . It was like he didnt even believe I got it there, and I was in my uniform.. For a customer to return an item. The store should have some policy and customer service guidelines for their employees a Customer 1st approach to customer service will have result.. bc a happy customer will come back, and a dissatisfied one will write this review. Ive been in H-Town 40 yrs. I have been a customer here over the years. I will go somewhere that appreciates my business next time
