Nice building.. horrible staff. Didn't even have the decency to turn on the speakers for the guest who couldn't fit in the main room. Also the receptionist was loud on the phone. Terrible treatment for a veteran of this country memorial.
They need to do a lot of work on customer service. The lady that answered the phone is very nice but when she send you to what area you need to speak with they're rude and they don't want to give you any kind of information it's like you got to drag it out of them but they're totally rude about it
I wanted to share my familys experience we had with Schoedinger Northeast. From the time my dad and I preplanned my parents funerals to the recent passing of both within a short period of time, Elizabeth and Brooke and other staff members were such a blessing. They took time to listen as we shared such sweet memories of our dad, then later our mom, as we met together to schedule the funeral. They went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible by listening to what was important to our family to then thinking of things we had not thought about when holding the funerals. They felt they really cared about our family. Saying good-bye to loved ones is not easy at all, however, the staff at Schoedinger Northeast were very comforting. Thank for being there for our family.
My son's funeral was some where else but we had him lay to rest with garden of memories in baby land. everyone was so helpful I wish I remembered everyone's name so I can add them to our review.we visit often and the grass is always kept up with and everything is always cleaned up. Thank you.
