If I could rate them a zero, I would. I had a big project for them 867 shirts for an elementary school. I told Gary about the project and he said no problem and quoted me a price over the phone and then via email. I met with him and gave him the artwork and the colors for the shirts and the quantities per class. He said no problem, he said he could find the shirt colors, but they would be different manufacturers, but the price would still be the same. He also said it wasn't a problem that some of the classrooms didn't meet the minimum order quantity, he would do them and they would be done in 3 weeks max. The next day, he didn't call me, but emailed me that he couldn't do the job. He didn't even have the professionalism to call me, what if I hadn't seen his email? He said he couldn't do the job, that it would cost him too much money and that some of the artwork wasn't up to par and his team was too busy to handle this project. I called him today and he called back and told me that he would lose $1.500 on this job if he took it. He said some of the logos had too many colors. I asked him if I could change the logos that had too many colors and he still declined his promise to do the work. He bragged in the beginning how they do 20,000 shirts a day and they could handle our business no problem. I guess he was wrong and I would caution anyone doing business with this company.
This company gives excellent service and awesome prices. Our shirts order was ready in about 2 weeks. Where others quoted me on a 4-6 week wait period.
My company has been working with Prographics, specifically Alida for almost two years and it's fantastic. The quality is excellent, customer service is top notch, and pricing is always fair.
This business is incredibly unprofessional. Each time I have inquired on embroidery jobs, they refuse to do the work unless additional items (which are unnecessary) are purchased through them. As for employment, I have only heard that the management staff are bullies and will literally drive an employee to quit. Special preference is made since family members will back each other even if the family member is treating an employee unfairly. I have known several people whom have worked for Prographics and they would never recommend a job with this company.
