They took my car for 1 day to update but its been 17 days and they couldnt fixed and they always says excuses, no curtesy car they gave me, they were telling me today before 5 we will give you car after tomorrow after, Friday i will call you for curtesy car but nobody calls every time they lying me or excusing me! I am disappointed to have BMW car and their shirt service! They made me victim!!

Really bad service wasting time i was booked for recall when i went to collect my car I found my stereo not working i did complain and lauren seymour said i was laying the stereo wasnt working before i was chocked

It might be just my luck but Ive visited this dealership 3 times to purchase a vehicle over the last 2/3 years and Ive had the misfortune of having the same salesman deal with me. On every visit I have found this person to be very arrogant and in no way the professionalism Id expect from BMW. I visited today to look at a 4 series and asked if I could test drive the a car as it was the exact spec I was looking for just in a different colour. Not only did the salesman refuse to allow the test drive he also commented that since I wouldnt be buying that specific car there was no point test driving it. I dont think its unreasonable for customers to test drive different spec cars! How will the know which one they want otherwise!! Only a few days before I visited an Audi dealership and was given the opportunity to test drive two different spec cars to see the difference with no quibble from the dealership. Based on the treatment Ive received here on numerous occasions I wouldnt purchase a car from here even if it had the exact spec I was looking for.
