Everything fine in the end but item took 2 weeks to deliver. They don't stock items so you have to wait until they are delivered from supplier to simply electrical and then to yourself. This is also not explained initially.
Complete daylight robbery! bought a 2000 + samsung tv always faulty never repaired properly, they did nothin to help, currently taking legal action due to the fact they dont return my emails

Recently purchased a New Samsung Q9F & I cannot fault the service! Being in retail myself it's rare than I'm impressed with a "buying process", but Jane online and latterly Michael made the process simple & enjoyable!! Took delivery yesterday and again everything ran like clockwork. Can't recommend highly enough! Thanks guys!!!
Awful company. Tried to get some after sales service on a TV I purchased. Rang them over a week ago & left a message because it was Ryan's day off - Nobody called back. Called again a week later, got through to the Bolton branch because Rawtenstall didn't answer. The guy emailed Ryan at the branch & asked him to call me back. This didn't happen so I tried to phone the branch again. Rawtenstall still didn't answer so again it went through to Bolton. He tried transferring me but nobody answered so I had no choice but to hang up. When I called back, neither Rawtenstall nor Bolton answered & the phone just kept on ringing! Decided to stop using these clowns & have contacted Samsung direct!
