Your coach supplied your son the wrong size and did not order them through us. We ordered a shirt to match yours and it was the wrong color. We had to go through a rep to get the right one and have it shipped in and it took longer than normal but we did get the correct one. We were working on your order when you requested to take it elsewhere and we complied and refunded the difference. We receive many calls a day and cannot answer each one as we are helping other customers which is why our voicemail states that if you leave a message it transcribes to email so we can get back to you quickly. I understand we can't make everyone happy 100% of the time but we do our best to and hope you found someone to complete your 1 shirt.

Do not use!! Ordered ONE t-shirt to be done. Kept pushing back when the shirt would be done and after TWO weeks the T-shirt was still not even started. No reason given, just told it was not ready. Poor customer service - No one ever answers the phone and they never follow up when they said they would. Had to take business elsewhere.

Mandy was awesome! She responded almost immediately to a late night email when I was unable to find someone who could embroider names on 4 band member shirts for a gig in a week. She kept in contact through the process, sent proofs, and made assurances the work would be completed in time for the gig. We picked them up the day before the show and they looked perfect.
