Had a fantastic Sunday lunch today at Granvilles and it was absolutely delicious. Nice decor, superb staff, will certainly be visiting again. Thank you to the Granvilles Team most enjoyable.

I wanted to love this place but they just cant sort out their allergen info. I cannot eat gluten at all but am always polite and engaging with restaurant staff and can usually find a dish that is suitable. However in summary I was brought 2 main courses. I was told the first dish was GF even though it wasnt what I ordered I said it would be ok. After about 5 minutes it transpired it wasnt GF nor was it my meal. I was then brought my meal and again after consuming half of it the person who served me both meals appeared with a bowl to take part of the meal away saying if wasnt GF, too late for me! Again after a wait I was brought a substitute and assured it was GF. I gave it to someone with me as I just couldn't be certain it was ok for me to eat. As a result I have been really unwell for 16 hours. Come on guys sort this out. It isnt rocket science and you have a superb venue and yes you were busy but this is serious stuff affecting peoples lives make it a priority.
