I dealt directly with the president of the company for a rather simple straight forward job. Had they delivered what was clearly described, we would have used them for our 200 plus locations for vinyl decals. Not only did these clowns print the letters with the adhesive on the wrong side rendering them useless but they printed the wrong quantities for each job. There were only two files to keep track of and they still managed to blow it. All I can say is that I have never experienced more incompetence at any level of service from anybody. Literally could not have done a worse job. The whole experience ended up making me look poorly for choosing them to work with.

I had a 4x3 ft scientific poster that I needed printed by early the next morning for my collegiate final. They contacted me back right away and took care of it for me. My poster came out great and it was very reasonably priced. I staff was great with their communication and very friendly. Most companies i called were going to charge me double for the rushed printing, but they understood my problem and worked with me. I definitely recommend they do anyone who has a project or any other printing need, I was very pleased with their work.
