The communication sucks so badly here! This is 2016, there is absolutely no reason, why you guys can't email, text, call or even leave a voicemail to at least acknowledge that you have received your client's phone calls. If I have to chase you all down to get you to respond back to me why would I want to waste my time doing business with you all? A client that has paid you all money to help them with whatever the case may be shouldn't have to chase someone they hired down!! This is business and there is too many other attorney's out there to work with besides you people here! We hired you months ago and we are still at square one !!! Communication is EVERYTHING when you are trying to get legal matters taken care of. Its unprofessional not to keep in touch, I shouldn't have to chase you all, I'm not going to chase you all, and I'm hiring someone else! You people don't want any business! My family is highly disappointed in the way you all communicate here! Every time we call...NOBODY CALLS, EMAIL, SNAIL MAIL OR ANYTHING ELSE BACK! Nobody! We have NEVER work with attorneys who communicates so poorly! This company was recommended to us and we will NEVER recommend this company to anyone else! Good Luck to you folks! We're moving on!

I can't honestly give a great review because I have contacted them on several occasions to see what's going on with my case and I am told I will receive a call back which I never get. Communication needs to be better
