Unresponsive customer support. Phone calls automatically get redirected to voicemail during business hours (was trying to reach them at 10am EDT). Emails are just flat out not answered. UPD after response: "We always aim to get back to all inquiries within 1 business day. Please reach out to our support team through the following form" Well, I did, and I have sent an email more than 24 hours ago and have not received even an acknowledgement response, telling me that the issue will be looked at.

I was meant to receive a questionnaire for the second round of interviews on February 22, 2021. I was in a group interview with the CEO and about 36 other people. I was told I would be contacted via text or email with a questionnaire to fill out. They would be narrowing down candidates for the second round of interviews on February 23rd. I did not get any such text or email, thus preventing me the chance to even move on from the first round of interviews. This is highly unprofessional behavior, especially since there is no number to call and report this issue.
I've experienced credible and reliable reviews from Clutch which has helped me make better vendor hiring decisions. Their model is more concierge like than automated, and I trust what is written about vendors on their platform.
Wasted my and my client's time. Said they would publish a company profile and then changed their tune. Wish they had actually been upfront with me.
