Poor management on a bank holiday, no surprise how many visitors, but cars at a total standstill, took the enjoyment out of it.

One of the amazing place to spend the day with kids and family. Ample parking, a good glance of wildlife where you can feed some of the animals, good playarea and activities with good food options too. Make sure u carry enough snacks n water in the car as at Safari u might get stuck in traffic as animals walk between the cars and at times theres long queue. U might want to book online as u can get 1 free visit excluding term break and public holidays.

I was expecting much more than what I experienced today. I think the place is run down a bit and outdated. Grey walls everywhere, can't someone paint them to look like a natiral background, like a mural? The buffees are run by untrained staff, undercooked chips had to be sent back to recook them. Baby changing facilities are filthy, really upsetting, to change my baby in there. Disgusting! Staff are standing around chatting in the souveneer shops instead of clean the toilets to have them in decent conditions. Animals were lovely, hope they are kept a bit better than how other areas in the safari park is kept. Dinosaur park is a joke, many of the statues are broken... Theme park is old outdated and depressing. Tickets wending machines only worked with cash coins! Who has coins in their wallet now days? Thank you for the free return opportunities, but I don't think I will bother.
