Called and they were busy. They asked if we could order on line. I said no. She said could I call back in thirty minutes. I said she could call me back when she had time. Several hours later no call so I call back. She once again said she was busy and could I do it on line. Do I told her we would take our business else where. She seemed good with that. So much for supporting small local business.

Woman working today (6/29) in yellow blouse was rude. First-called to confirm addresses. Tone was rude. Second-went in to store to pick up and was rude. Third-got out to my car only to find that they gave me the incorrect item. Went back in to tell her and she acted like I was inconveniencing her because I wanted the item I initially ordered. I showed her a photo of the shirt... (the one we received was a different design AND color) and she just says so you want the other color. I went on to inform her it was a completely different shirt. I then asked when it would be completed. She said they would just have to call me. NO apologies given. Hopefully we get it sooner than later. We ordered through our team's spirit wear website.
