The experience was ok but we can't try the clothes you never know what size fits you the best. They just offer exchange for 15 days no returns are accepted. I already made 3 trips for exchanging that cost me a lot.

I absolutely love this place and the clothes. They are also very decently priced and always so friendly.

Wonderful customer service was there for hours and the youg men that help us absolutely patient helpful just as excited as we were about the outfit we chosen. Will returned back in mid February to start the process of the custom made outfit.

This location of Junaid Jamshed is a disgrace to the Junaid Jamshed brand. There were four employees working there who could care less about their job. The store was empty for the most part, so it was not like the associates were too busy to help. The one guy sitting at the cash was extremely disrespectful and didn't even have the decency to provide customer service. I had approached him to ask the price of a couple scarves they had by the counter. At first he ignored me and then when I repeated myself, he still continued to talk to me in short responses without looking up at me, while looking at his phone. The whole interaction was him too busy texting on his phone and giving me partial responses. When I asked him the price, instead of being courteous enough to check it, he was like "I guess it's $12". Later on, a girl came to help me instead because this guy could care less to help out. At the time of checkout their computer wasn't working so I was moved to the other computer. When she had to get change, the girl needed to go ask the guys for the change - at which point he give me a ripped up dollar bill. I simply asked if she can give me another one because I didn't want to have trouble using it. The three guys started mocking me in Urdu in front of me as if I didn't understand them and I directly told him that I want a better bill. At this point I was fed up and just wanted to leave with my item so I was visibly upset and told them I want my item so I can leave. The environment of this store is extremely unprofessional with immature guys just sitting on their phone not willing to help the customers, disrespectful with the employees talking about customers in front of them, and completely disorganized where one person needs to go approach other people just to get change. This was the worst experience I've had at Junaid Jumshed and the worst customer service environment I've faced. I would not recommend going here. The employees don't have basic human decency, yet alone customer service skills. I suggest the Junaid Jamshed corporation look into this store and the terrible customer service they are providing and damaging the brand as a whole. I don't recommend anyone waste their time and money at this location.
