Terrible customer service and even worse handling of valued customers products and complaints. Should be reported to the BBB. I guess in this day and age, manipulating a rating isn't uncommon practice. You can clearly see members of this organization have combated ALL negative reviews by having close to 10 people (affiliated with the company, one of them even has the name She k like you think you'd change it or not use that account?) Give 5 stars inorder to negate the overall ranking lowering.
