Frustrating product. Support staff has a forever infuriating job to do. Lack of tools and little to no guidance and support. Things change by the hour resulting in customer project and support delays and uncertainty. Some amazing people do work here and try their best. However some are not and certainly do not as well.

Don't have to say much, Amazing company with excellent customer support. Yes things change, its a every company story but here they get better sooner with good Mangers and team leads. Very friendly environment.
