Horrible experience with the service team. Theyve had my vehicle for almost 5 days now and still no update as to what is going on with it whenever I call I get pushed to voicemails and I cant get no callbacks

Went to Honda for a new lease. Met Kenneth who world very hard to get me a good price on the lease. He was extremely cordial and willing to negotiate with me. The entire team at this Honda is very friendly. Ken also made it possible so I would not spend hours waiting at the dealership. He also spent time with me explaining the new features of the car

Guys this is one of worst service center in the whole town,God forbid your car is broke and you have tow the car dont leave it at this location , Service center employee are unprofessional, rude not helping at all and only greedy for money.The guy named Freddy is the worst Dont leave your car here in service center the only thing they gonna do is to increase your bill without helping to fix.
