So we placed an order in early April and had to follow up several times to get a response. Called and left emails and finally got our order in. Weve done business here before and wanted to continue our business here. They apologized multiple times about there continued late responses. Anyhow, on May 21st we got our order, mostly shirts and 6 hats. The hats showed up blank, no logo. I called and she explained that there is a 12 hat minimum and a charge to embroider. That would have been fine, but it was never explained to us. What do I do with 6 plain hats? And on top of that was a 3.5%($25.91) fee for using a credit card, which we were also not told about.

I bought 29 shirts and they misspelled the bizness name and I had already paid them and all they can say was they r sorry and that I should of cought it .I said no u r the one who misspelled it to Begin with and no compensation for the mistake . Not even a phone call I wouldn't buy another shirt from them if they was the last company on Earth they just lost a customer they lucky they even got one star 10/20/17 idiots

We have been getting our shirts and hats at Spotlight for years! Denise is so accommodating and quick to get my order placed and ready. She has even personally delivered my order on multiple occasions, over the years. There have been times when I did not meet the minimum order and they still did my order without complaint. We order on a regular basis screen printed shirts and embroidered hats and polo shirts and they always look great. They know their merchandise well and always help me pick out exactly what I need.

Dropped 3 items off for monogram and on pickup, the pullover was NOTHING like the picture I presented at drop off/order time. The font and color was vastly different. The other 2 items monogrammed were just ok. Thought the monogrammer would use better judgement with placement and size. I was told nothing could be done. Staff taking orders should be more clear when writing customers orders. Very disappointed and will not return. Not even a credit offered!
