I could not be more disappointed in the service I received at BMW. The sales department was excellent but the service was anything but. When my car needed service I was told no loaner cars were available until 2-3 weeks later. making appointments was next to impossible and when I did I was forced to wait time after time. This happened several times. This is what prompted me to switch to Mercades when my lease was up. The process for turning in my vehicle was extremely frustrating as well.I forgot my ez-pass in the car when I turned it in. I called the next day to see if I could pick it up. They told me the car had been moved and they would see what they could do to return the device. They told me they would call back when they found it. I am still waiting for this call a month later(obviously I had to deactivate the device and order a new one). I had "excessive damage" on the car upon its return. When I asked for the lease agreement and pictures to be turned into the insurance I purchased for a situation like this they did everything to make this process impossible.The icing on the cake was when I finally receive the itemized bill for excess wear and tear and found I was charged $75 for the interior of my car being "extremely dirty" this was after I had the car detailed the day before I turned it in. I would highly recommend that you consider Mercedes or Audi. They are in the same price range and they treat you like they want your business at those companies.
This is our 5th BMW with Craig. He always goes above and beyond and treats us like family. Also ensuring the best deal and making time, even on his day off. Craig always walks us through numbers and ensures we're happy. He answers all questions truthfully no matter what the answer is. He values a relationship over a deal. He's a a true professional. Someone please enroll Michael In some management skill courses or maybe its time to let him go. Its disturbing how he speaks to clients as if he didnt have a job because of those clients. So strange.
